Yealink offer video conferencing systems and room booking solutions utilising Windows and Microsoft teams.

The Yealink RoomPanel is an 8″ touchscreen dedicated to Microsoft Teams, with an LED surround, used for indicating the current room status.

Power over ethernet is also supported, meaning the display can be powered and receive an internet connection from a single cable.

CALENDAR INTEGRATION

The all-in-one room booking device is dedicated to Microsoft Teams and Windows Outlook 365 calendar applications. The Microsoft Teams calendar is synchronised with your Outlook calendar as part of Office 365, so calendar events from your Outlook calendar will automatically appear.

The display will show up-to-date meeting schedules and key meeting information and enables the room to be reserved on the spot.

Managing your meeting room devices is now easy when using the Yealink management cloud service or through the Microsoft Teams admin center.

The Yealink management cloud service provides a cloud management platform to simplify the process of managing Yealink products. The automatic pre-provisioning of devices, means when a new device is powered up the platform obtains the information and automatically starts to manage this device.

Microsoft 365 offers the admin center for remote management of Microsoft devices and applications. Services, data and users can also be configured, managed and monitored when using the admin center for complete control.
