The process of arranging a meeting has been digitalised to allow room availability, meeting information and upcoming meetings to be displayed on a digital display to inform employees and visitors. On specific displays, that are usually mounted on or beside the entry door, you can change the status of the LED lights around the screen for instant knowledge of the room status.

We offer room booking displays as well as the software used to control and book meetings. Using embed you can manage your displays using the built in calendar or integrate an Office365 Outlook calendar, with easy to customise design for personalising each meeting.
