Eclipse Digital Media’s Advanced Monitoring and Maintenance (AMM) service provides you with peace of mind that your ONELAN digital signage network maximises up time and minimises maintenance call out costs.
With the AMM service your ONELAN NTB or CMS reports to Eclipse Digital Media at regular intervals via VPN (more than 20 times per day) so we can pro-actively notify you if any problems arise, remotely carry out most maintenance tasks and provide you with reporting when required.
Via our Network Operation Centre Display Eclipse Digital Media can monitor the following:
- ONELAN NTB CPU fan
- ONELAN NTB System fan
- ONELAN NTB CPU Temp
- ONELAN NTB System Temp
- ONELAN NTB Data Disk
- ONELAN NTB System Disk Space
- Online / offline status’
- All device logs and system information
- Perform remote rebooting of devices as required for maintenance
AMM is an annual service charge per ONELAN NTB / CMS.
